DEPOSITS
A $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a puppy. This deposit will not be refunded for any reason. Due to recent issues we are no longer holding puppies for 3 days. We have had many people taking adventage of this while they "puppy shop". We are going to try to be fair to everyone looking for a new baby so from this point on we will sale the puppy to the first approved family sending the deposit. We strongly suggest you express mail, western union, or pay pal to send your deposit (you must add 3.5% to total for paypal. Paypal is up & running), with paypal being the best option as it is fast and secure. You do not have to have a paypal account, just use the button at the bottom of the puppy page. As always contact me before sending the deposit. I answer emails in the order they are received and phone calls are given priority over emails. We do not accept deposits on puppies over 6 weeks old, you must pay for them in full, unless arrangements are made.
PAYMENTS
All payments must be received by the time the puppies are 8 weeks old except for those that are shipping. Any puppy that will be shipping must be paid in full by 6 weeks of age (including all shipping charges, subject to change as needed due to change in shipping cost and requirements). If we meet you with the pup payment must be in cash only. Payment may be in the form of cash (pick up only), western union/walmart money gram or paypal or money order. Due to false money orders we require that you send the money order 10 days in advanced even if you are picking your puppy up, no puppy will be turned over to the new owner unless all payments have been cleared. If shipping payment in full must be recieved by 6 weeks of age, no execptions are made. We do not accept personal checks for final payment. All puppies must be paid in full by 8 weeks old If a puppy is not paid in full by the alloted time you forfeit all moneys that have been received and we will sale the puppy. Once you have placed your deposit on your puppy you can send payments as you wish but puppies must be paid in full by 8 weeks.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE MAKE NO MONEY OFF OF SHIPPING. WE ONLY CHARGE WHAT IS NEEDED TO COVER THE COST OF AIRFARE, CRATE, & VET HEALTH CERT.
WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE TRIP TO THE AIRPORT WHICH IS 45 MINS AWAY. SINCE WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR GAS WE WILL PICK THE DATE FOR SHIPPING-WE TRY TO SHIP AS MANY PUPPIES ON THE SAME DAY/TIME AS POSSIBLE. IF WE CAN NOT GET A FLIGH FOR YOUR PUPPY WITH THE OTHERS WE WILL NOT CHARGE YOU FOR GAS...BUT IF YOU CAN NOT PICK THE PUPPY UP ON THE DAY ALL OTHERS FLY AND WE HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER TRIP WE WILL CHARGE $25.00 FOR GAS.
WE MAKE ALL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS. WE ONLY SHIP WITH CONTINENTAL AIRLINES. THEY SHIP TO MOST MAJOR AIRPORTS. IF CONTIENTAL DOES NOT SHIP LIVE CARGO TO THE AIRPORT YOU WANT YOU MUST DRIVE TO THE CLOSEST AIRPORT THAT ACCEPTS LIVE CARGO-THIS IN NOT A NORMAL PROBLEM WE RUN INTO.
We are willing to meet you within a reasonable distance for a small fee (depending on how far and price of gas). Puppies can not ship until 8 weeks of age.
The cost of shipping a puppy is currently $350, including a crate you get to keep (subject to change if airline prices change or if the cost of the crates change) and the vet health cert. needed to fly. I will ship with the airline that will provide the shortest layover and flight time. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure the puppy can be picked up at the airport. We can not guarantee airshipping if the weather is bad therefore it is the buyers responsiblity to make arrangements to pick the puppy up if bad weather prevents the flight. I am the only one that can make flight arrangements for a puppy unless you are flying out to pick the puppy up in person. All puppies must be picked up by 8 weeks of age if weather interfers with air shipping we will hold the puppy for up to 16weeks of age (the price of shipping a puppy after 8 weeks will change due to the increasing weight of the puppy) but the following charges will appy:
1. if we keep the puppy until it is 9-11 wks old there will be a $50 charge to cover shots and food
2. if we keep the puppy until it is 12-14 wks there will be a $100 to cover shots and food
3. if we keep the puppy until it is 15-16 wks there will be a $150 to cover shot and food
THIS IS A ONE TIME CHARGE: FOR EXAMPLE IF WE HAD TO KEEP YOUR PUPPY UNTIL IT IS 15 WEEKS OLD THEN YOU WOULD JUST BE CHARGED $100 NOT $180 DUE ON PICK UP-CASH ONLY AND IF SHIPPING WE WOULD HAVE TO RECIEVE IT BEFORE THE SHIPPING DATE OR WE WOULD CANCEL THE FLIGHT AT YOUR EXPENSE AND YOU WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR ANOTHER FLIGHT IF DELTA WOULD NOT GIVE A REFUND.
WE WILL NOT GIVE REFUNDS IF YOUR PUPPY CAN NOT BE SHIPPED FOR ANY REASON. BUYER WILL HAVE TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS.
ALL PUPPIES MUST BE PICKED UP BY 16 WEEKS OF AGE IF NOT BUYER WILL FORFEIT ALL MONEYS AND WE WILL FIND THE PUPPY A NEW HOME.
Buyer Beware
Tips For Buying a Puppy
First thing you should know, you can never ask too many questions. If a
breeder seems put off by your questions then go somewhere else. A good
breeder will be proud of what they produce and want to talk for hours
about their puppies. Also if possible visit the breeder, if you can not due to distance ask lots of questions and look for references on the website or ask to talk to someone that has bought a puppy from this breeder!!!! If a breeder does not want you to come visit them (even if you can not see the puppies at that time, I do not let anyone handle the puppies until they are close to 3 wks of age for the health of the puppy but welcome people to come peek-in at the puppies) then they may have something to hide.
Second thing is pictures. Lots of pictures. Make sure to ask for special
items to be in the picture of the puppy you want such as your name and
state written on a piece of paper next to the puppy. If they can't do this then
they are not worth your time or money.
Third ask around see if you know anyone who has dealt with that breeder or ask for references most breeder can provide you with a least one or two references. But do keep in mind some people that buy puppies ask not to be used as a reference, so a breeder may not have a lot of references but they should have one or two.
Fourth use a type of payment method you can trace.Paypal is a good way to make payments. They will keep track of any disputes over sales with people. Make sure the breeder is a paypal verified user. A verified user makes it easier to track them down if they try and rip you off.
Fifth ask for a contract. If a breeder does not provide a contract they are not standing behind what they breed.
Sixth Ask to see and interact with the adults (not all breeders own both the sire and the dam but you should be able to see one of them). We do not own any breeding males at the time but we allow you interact with all of our adults. Keep in mind that mom may not be overly friendly with her babies around but if the breeder is hiding the adults beware.
ALSO BEWARE OF ANY BREEDER THAT APPEARS TO BE HINDING SOMETHING INCLUDING THIER DOGS.
Most importantly, if they don't make you feel comfortable
then go somewhere else. Your perfect puppy is out there somewhere.
